To our Lowla Active community,

Thank you so much for the incredible support of our first collection. Due to receiving a much higher volume of pre-orders than anticipated, our manufacturing team has requested additional time to complete bulk production while maintaining the quality standards we expect for every garment.

We believe in being completely transparent with our customers, so we'd like to provide an updated timeline.

Bulk production is now expected to be completed by 27 June 2026.

Once production is finalised and the stock arrives at our fulfilment centre, all pre-orders will be packed and dispatched within 1–4 business days (Monday–Friday). Customers will receive tracking information via email as soon as their order has been shipped.

While we understand delays can be disappointing, we have made the decision to prioritise quality over rushing production. Every Lowla Active piece is being carefully manufactured to ensure it meets our standards before reaching you.

We sincerely apologise for the delay and greatly appreciate your patience, support, and understanding as we continue building Lowla Active.
