PROMOTIONAL PERIODS & SALE ITEMS
All orders placed during a promotional period (EOSS, EOFY, BF, etc.) are only eligible for direct size exchanges. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted.
Sale items (excluding promotional periods) are FINAL sale. This means neither a refund or store credit will be granted, the item is not available for a return.

CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Have all tags attached and be returned in its original packaging
- Be free of makeup, tan, perfume, or marks
Items that do not meet our return conditions upon inspection will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for the cost of having the item returned to them.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN
To lodge a return, please email us at "returns@lowlaactive" with the subject "RETURN".
For faulty items/wrong item received, please send clear images showing the fault or wrong item for assessment.
Returns must be sent within 14 days of approval.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed faulty under Australian Consumer Law. Lowla Active is not responsible for lost parcels, we recommend using a tracked service to send your return back to us.
