All shipping rates are calculated at checkout through Australia Post MyPost Business based on your location and selected shipping method.

Available shipping options may include standard and express delivery depending on your region.

TAXES & DUTIES

For orders shipped to the United States, taxes and duties are calculated and collected at checkout through Zonos.

For all other international orders, taxes, customs duties, import fees, and any additional charges are not included at checkout and may be charged upon arrival by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Lowla Active is not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

At Lowla Active, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer refunds or store credit on eligible items returned in accordance with the policy below.

Return Window

Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel.

Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a refund or store credit, items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• Free from marks, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached
• Returned in original packaging (including garment bag)

Lowla Active reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:

• Items showing signs of wear
• Items returned without original tags
• Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
• Items not returned in garment bag

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lowla Active is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

• Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider

Store Credit

If you choose store credit, it will be issued via email and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.

If confirmed, Lowla Active will arrange an appropriate resolution.

Processing Time

Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is delivered for inspection and processing.

You will receive confirmation once your refund or store credit has been issued.
