Our iconic Superlow Trackpants are crafted from the original 2000s blend with 80% cotton, 20% polyester velour. Designed to sit low on the hips with a relaxed, straight-leg fit.
Charlie wears a size S, Regular. We suggest sizing up as they can run small due to their thick fabric.

Return Window
Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your parcel.
Returns requested outside of this timeframe may not be accepted.

- Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Free from marks, makeup, deodorant stains, perfume, or damage
- Returned with all original tags attached
- Returned in original packaging (including garment bag)

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, the following may not be eligible for return:
- Items showing signs of wear
- Items returned without original tags
- Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper care
- Items not returned in garment bag
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lowla Active is not responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow 3–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or provider
Store Credit
If you choose store credit, it will be issued via email and can be used toward any future purchase on our website.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number.
If confirmed, Lowla Active will arrange an appropriate resolution.
Processing Time

The length and style is perfect! However I would ask you to implement an XL size as my wider hips make it slightly tight, and my buttcrack pretty much shows when I sit. I’d feel more comfortable in a size up. Love it tho! So 2000s. I’ll purchase again if you implement size XL in the next drop of colours!!

i found your business on tiktok a few months ago and i’ve always loved the 2000s juicy couture type of clothes so OBVIOUSLY i was gonna get these!! anyway, i waited for the second drop to get the short length ones (which thank you so much for making cause i’m 5”2 and literally nothing fits me 😭) and i love love love them. they’re so cute and i honestly think i need them in every colour. i’m so glad you made this business and i hope it all goes well for you in the future xx
CUTEST PANTS EVER!!!! They are the perfect low rise and are not too long on the legs, amazing for petite (I am 5"3 and they sit around my ankles.) So cute and soft, could literally wear as pajama pants.

They're super cute and comfortable. They also fit me perfectly, the only complaint I have is that I got the short version and it was still a bit long on me considering i'm 5'0. Still love them tho!!!

I LOVE IT SO MUCH. Definitely size up. Material feels weirdly thin yet holds on ny body thick. It shows off the glute gains SO MUCH it looks like i have a bbl. Honestly butt lift is comparable to dyfne shorts. Id buy way more if they had more colours that i liked such as green or red or brown.
As xxs girly these fit to die for they sit perfectly on my waist line and the pockets make your butt just look amazing. NEED you girls to come out with a core collection colored line in this material.
WOW! I have NEVER worn pants that fit me soo well around the hips and back. I am more thin with narrow hips and the waist band is so unbelievably flattering. Not to mention these pants are truly 2000s low rise! absolutely perfect, thank you!

Never loved a pair of pants so much and i’m not even joking. Immediately out of the package and i fell in love. They’re so soft, the colour is perfect, the waistband is thick and comfortable AND they are TRUE low-rise. If i can give you any advice it would be to buy these pants. Worth every penny.
Love these pants they are so so so cute - only note is got the tall length and I am (5.10) and I think they could be a tiny bit longer just to make sure they are tall girl friendly x gorgeous colour and fit tho!!
